colin@nectic.com | 203.613.7993 My name is Colin and instead of calling myself the "President" or "CEO" of this project, I think "Innovator" is more appropriate, more self-motivating, and frankly, more fun! I have previously run a record label (Right Eye Records) and a productions company (Clam Chowder Productions) for 7+ years in CT and OH (where I went to college). I have been living in Boston (Central Sq. in Cambridge - four blocks from two of my favorite places in the world - the Middle East and TTs!) and soaking up the music and arts scenes for about 2 1/2 years. Since I have lived in Boston I have worked full time for companies such as Rockstar Energy Drink and BarCast, and I haven't been able to run any entrepreneurial enterprises. I truly miss working with bands, but I don't feel motivated to run a standard music company anymore, especially not for profit. I have been forming a lot of ideas in the last year about marketing a more unique / non-constricted brand that is equally focused on promoting and raising money for arts and important social causes. So, I have decided to launch this project / company, with some friends and artists I admire, that is a free-form culture company, one that is not restricted to music or apparel, but can be creative however possible! This project will initially begin as a "hobby" and all the people working on it will not depend on it for any income (they may be paid small amounts), but will be involved because they like the idea, support the causes, and are excited about being creative! ::: Graham Marley ::: Photographer :::
